The activity of this product will vary with the assay conditions. This antigen has been purified from calf thymus by a combination of protein fractionation and column chromatography. Most contaminating antigens have been removed by immunoadsorbent methodology. |

| Reconstitution: | Reconstitute with 1 ml distilled water (Some assay systems may require more concentrated or more diluted extract.) Some precipitate may occur but will not affect the product. Do not store diluted antigen. Repeated thawing will result in loss of activity. Storage: After reconstituting, aliquot and store frozen at -20°C. |
