ImmunoVision maintains a selection of myeloma proteins in ascites produced from BALB/c mice at our IACUC monitored facility.
Ascites fluid is collected from mice with subcutaneous plasmacytomas. The fluid is clarified by centrifugation.
Each lot of ascites fluid is stored frozen in aliquots of 5 ml. The fluid is shipped overnight frozen on dry ice. ImmunoVision has the ability to produce ascites fluid in lots up to 2L in size and purify the antibody using your hybridoma.
