Activity:
Antibody against human Smith and RNP, detectable bands at RNP 68kD
and RNP A 33kD, and Smith B' 26kD and B 25kD by Western blot
immunoassay at 1:100 dilution using Hep-2 cellular extract blot. Titer will
vary with test system. No attempts have been made to qualify this product
on blots made with HeLa cell, or any other antigen source. This product
may have affinity for bands other than those mentioned.
