39kD by Western blot immunoassay at 1:100 dilution using Hep-2 cellular
extract blot. Titer will vary with test system. No attempts have been made
to quality this product on blots made with HeLa cell, calf thymus extract or
any other antigen source. This product may have affinity for bands other
than those mentioned.
