Antibody against human SS-B (La), detectable bands at SS-B 43kD by
Western blot immunoassay at 1:100 dilution using a Hep-2 cellular extract
blot. Titer will vary with test system. No attempts have been made to
qualify this product on blots made with HeLa cell, or any other antigen
source. This product may have affinity for bands other than those
mentioned.
