La/SS-B Antigen, Rabbit Thymus Origin
Activity:
This product reacts with La/SS-B antisera in immunodiffusion. No reaction is observed with antisera to nRNP, Ro/SS-A, Sm, Scl-70, or Jo-1 in immunodiffusion. The activity of this product will vary with assay conditions. This antigen has been purified from rabbit thymus by a combination of protein fractionation and column chromatography. Most contaminating antigens have been removed by immunoadsorbent methodology.
Reconstitution:
Reconstitute with 1 ml distilled water (Some assay systems may require more concentrated or more diluted extract.) Some precipitate may occur but will not affect product performance. Do not store diluted antigen. Repeated thawing will result in loss of activity. Storage: After reconstituting, aliquot and store frozen at -20°C.
